Don’t think you have to shoot everything at eye level. By looking, and pointing your camera up, you can get a different perspective on the world.
I never would have seen that cherubic face if I hadn’t looked up.
I love the shape of this branching sycamore tree trunk, and looking up was the only way to capture it (unless I wanted to climb another tree).
